Put your story here:

Hint: if your story is long, write it in a word processor first, then copy and paste.

Now write down the tags or keywords about your story, to help people successfully find it when they search. (optional)

  Example: alzheimers, wheelchair, veterans administration

TELL YOUR STORY
We want your personal story and advice to Deepwell. We're all a little afraid of the changes in caring that are ahead for our families, our friends, our towns and our cities. If we pool our experiences and our ideas, maybe we can figure out some good ways to create more capable structures of caring. But nothing happens unless you (yes, YOU) speak up.

TELL IT YOUR WAY
You can write in our form or send us email - whatever you're comfortable with. You can also call and leave us voicemail (we love to hear actual voices!). If you're adept with the Internet, you can use the form to attach pictures, link to your blog post, or even embed your YouTube video (woo!).

THEN WHAT HAPPENS?
We look at what you've created, to see if it can help us here in Deepwell. We're busy connecting stories like yours together and learning from them how to care better. We'll try to flag the best stories we find with special awards, so other people can find them more easily.
